Unauthorized Guests

EHA would like to remind tenants that all individuals residing in your apartment must be approved by management and listed on your lease agreement.

Guests are welcome to visit; however, if a guest has remained in your unit beyond the 14-day guest limit outlined in your lease, they are no longer considered a temporary guest. Individuals who appear to be residing in a unit must either:

• Apply for approval and be added to the lease (if eligible), or
• Vacate the unit immediately if the allowable guest period has been exceeded.

Unauthorized occupants are considered a lease violation and may result in further action as outlined in your lease agreement.

If you have someone currently staying in your apartment who may need to be added to your lease, please contact the management office as soon as possible to discuss the application process.
