Dog waste on the property has become an increasing concern. All tenants are required to clean up after their pets immediately. Please be advised that security cameras are in use, and tenants who fail to clean up after their dogs will be fined.

Management has also identified that some tenants have more than the allowable number of pets and/or have not paid the required pet deposits. These are lease violations and may result in fines and/or termination of your lease.

Additionally, it has become a recurring issue that dogs are not being kept on a leash or are being tied up outside unattended. This is not permitted. Dogs must be properly leashed when outdoors and may not be left tied up outside. When you are not at home, pets must be kept inside your apartment.
