Tampering with Smoke Detectors

Tampering with or removing smoke detectors has become an ongoing issue at EHA. Please be advised that any tampering with or removal of smoke detectors will result in a fine of $100 per smoke detector when discovered. This is a serious safety concern-not only for the tenant who removes the detector, but also for neighboring residents.
