Smoke and Monoxide Detectors

Tenants are reminded to not tamper with any smoke or carbon monoxide detectors. HUD requires that all detectors remain fully working for everyone's safety. Beginning January 2026, any tampering with these detectors will result in a charge or fine. If you're having an issue with a detector please put in a work order immediately
