Payment of Fees and/or Fines

From March 1, 2026 EHA will allocate/apply rent payments as follows:

When you make a payment:

• 75% of your payment will go toward your rent balance.
• 25% of your payment will go toward fines and fees outstanding

To avoid eviction, you must still make sure that 100% of your rent is paid. This means you will have to pay an additional 25% toward rent so your rent balance is fully covered.

If the full rent amount is not paid, eviction proceedings will begin.
