NSPIRE Inspection

EHA maintenance personnel will be accessing all apartments over the next six (6) weeks to complete HUD-required repairs and inspections in preparation for the upcoming HUD/NSPIRE inspection.

Please take note of the following important details: 

• Maintenance Repair Hours: 8 AM - 5:30 PM
• You do not need to be home for repairs or inspection.
• Maintenance personnel may arrive at any time during the inspection period and will enter and work in all rooms of the apartment as necessary to complete required repairs and inspections.
• All pets must be secured in a crate so maintenance can safely access each room. For units with pets, EHA will notify you of the specific day maintenance will be in your unit.
• Repairs and Inspections are mandatory. No apartment or room within an apartment may be denied access. Entry will be conducted in accordance with Easley Housing Authority policy and lease agreements.
