No Fireworks Allowed

In accordance with community rules and for the safety and comfort of all residents, the use, possession, or discharge of fireworks is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Firecrackers                                                             
• Sparklers
• Smoke bombs
• Roman candles
• Aerial fireworks
• Any other explosive or pyrotechnic devices

Violations may result in fines, lease violations, and/or eviction proceedings.
