EHA Property Curfew

Management has recently received multiple complaints regarding excessive noise and disruptive behavior on the property. These complaints include, but are not limited to, continuous dog barking, loud music, and unsupervised children at various hours of the day and night.

We kindly remind all tenants to be considerate of their neighbors and maintain a peaceful living environment. Please ensure that your conduct, and that of your guests, reflects respect for the shared community space. Tenants are fully responsible for the behavior of their children and guests at all times.

Additionally, we would like to remind everyone that the property-wide quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. During this time, please limit movement around the premises and keep noise to a minimum.

Disturbing other tenants is never acceptable. Your cooperation is appreciated in helping us maintain a safe, respectful, and comfortable living environment for all.
