EHA is extremely grateful to have received grant funding from South Carolina Housing, which has made it possible for us to complete major upgrades to all our buildings. These improvements aim to enhance comfort, safety, and long-term quality for all residents.

Project Updates:

Roof Replacements: Final two roofs scheduled for completion during the last two weeks of September. Twelve roofs in total have been/will be replaced.
Front & Back Door Replacements: 95% complete
Half-Storage Door Replacements: 95% complete
Ceiling Repairs: Work will continue through September 30th
Painting of Storage & Water Heater Doors: 90% complete

We sincerely thank all tenants for your patience and cooperation during these upgrades!

Important Notice - Ceiling Repairs
Contractors will need access to your units to complete ceiling repairs. A member of the EHA office staff will allow them access to the units.

If you will not be home, please ensure that all pets are safely secured to allow the work to proceed safely and efficiently.
