Please read the following info before completing this form.

The Housing Authority of Easley (EHA) is taking an aggressive position against unauthorized guests within our communities. Guests and visitors are welcome, but written permission form management is needed for any guest or visitor who stays overnight more than 14 days in a calendar year. Your lease clearly states, "resident agrees that no one other than those persons listed in Section II will be allowed to occupy or stay in the apartment" (Please refer to Section III of your lease, number eight).

Your lease will be terminated should EHA discover any unauthorized guests within your unit. 

Note: Guests That Are Not Registered With The Office Are Considered Unauthorized Guests. 

For your safety and others the above will be strictly enforced.
