Happy Summer!

Happy Summer! School is out and we have some of our old and new community partners bringing fun and exciting events here. There are some just now added, and we will continue to update them as we get closer to the activities. We are continuing to add new ones for more activities to appeal to all ages.

A reminder to all, please slow down. Kids are playing out and about more now.

A couple of housekeeping items:

• All vendors and subcontractors are not to be approached. This includes our lawn maintenance. They are hired to do this commercial property and not "individual items".
• Remember to keep our front porches and back porches clean. It is a HUD housekeeping requirement and is an example to our community how our porches look.
• No fireworks or sparklers of any kind. They are a fire hazard and not allowed. A hefty fine is charged for those that participate and can lead to eviction.
• All pet waste must be picked up. There is a $10 fine for each occurrence.
• Curfew is 10pm. This is for the safety of all. If you are on your porch, please keep noise to a minimum. There is no reason to be out all hours of the night unless you are coming and going to work. Easley PD is aware of this and is helping to enforce to this.
• Just a reminder also, to watch your children and remember they are your responsibility. The playground is appropriate for children in elementary school or younger and they must be supervised.
