Easley Housing Launches Enhanced Agency Website

- Easley Housing has launched an enhanced website,, to improve communication and engagement with Agency stakeholders. Website upgrades include access to new online resources for residents.

In addition to enhanced features and functionality, the website has been redesigned to reflect the Agency's new branding with updated logo, fonts, and color scheme.

Functional enhancements to the Easley Housing website include:

News Postings that display on the website home page, providing easy access to important announcements from the Agency.

Social Media Integration which allows information published on the website to also be posted on the Agency's Facebook page, ensuring consistent messaging and broadening Easley Housing's reach through additional information channels.

Links to portals for Pay Online, Apply Online, and Tenant Information now provide convenient online access for residents to pay rent, submit housing applications, and access tenant information via the website.

Notifications via Text and/or Email allows site visitors to sign up to receive news, announcements, and updates from Easley Housing via SMS text message and/or via email. This new method of engagement will allow residents, staff, board of commissioners, and the public to receive timely notifications from the Agency.

Board Module this password-protected feature allows Easley Housing's Board of Commissioners to login and view important information (i.e., policies, budget documents, HUD forms, etc.).

Custom Form Builder Module allows Easley Housing staff to create responsive, ADA-accessible forms and post them on the website. These forms provide residents the opportunity to submit information to the Agency quickly and easily, with end-to-end encryption of the transmitted data.

"Providing enhanced online resources for our stakeholders is an important step forward for our Agency. Many tasks that previously required an in-person visit or phone call can now be completed online, including paying rent, applying for housing, and checking waitlist status. The enhanced website also provides notifications, news, and announcements across multiple channels to better inform our community," explained Daysha Alston, Executive Director.

The enhanced website was produced by creative agency, Brooks Jeffrey Marketing, Inc., an award-winning marketing, multi-media, digital design, and website development firm serving Housing Authorities and government entities nationwide. Brooks Jeffrey has served as the website provider for Easley Housing since 2015.
